The leaders in Polyethylene welding, fabrication,
engineering and design we custom fabricate exactly to your requirements. We fabricate to your dimensions and specifications,
to fit anywhere and for any purpose. All our jobs are fabricated using the strongest fabricated plastic in New Zealand, High
Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWPE) and are fully warranted. All products are extrusion welded together, a plastic welding
process that produces welds stronger than tig welding and that will not rust or corrode out. We use Computer Aided Designs (CAD) and Engineering drawings that comply with DVS (German Welding Society)
standard BS7570 Part 1/150 900/EW21001 and are used to design high quality products that last. This gives us a competitive
advantage in being able to produce 3D modelling and testing. All products are compliant with MSA, ERMA and HSNO requirements
and are certified for long term storage of Class 5, 6, 8, 9 hazardous substances. Our welding complies with the European and
Australian BS EN 12573 requirements and the fittings we use are of AS/NZS standard 1129:2000.
