System Layout
Moving Pod Sprinkler Lines
Step 1-
A. Turn the Isolating Valve off, this is located on the 90mm Adaptor Set (Part A).
B. Turn all the Pod Sprinkler Valves off at the Pod Hydrants (Part B)
Step 3- A. Disconnect the Male Camlock at the Pod Hydrant end (Part C).
B. Connect the Hansen Tow System to the Male Camlock.
Relocating Your Effluent System
When the desired level of effluent has been applied to the paddock turn the 90mm Adaptor Set Isolating Valve off. Proceed
to turn all the Pod Sprinkler Lines Valves off at the Pod Hydrants.
Disconnect the Sub Main from the 90mm Adaptor Set and each of the Pod Sprinkler Lines from the Pod Hydrants.
Connect the Sub Main to the ATV via the Hansen Tow System; proceed to drag the Sub Main to the new location.
Connect the Pod Sprinkler Lines to the ATV via the Hansen Tow System; proceed to drag the Pod Sprinkler Lines to the new
location.
Re-connect Sub Main to Adaptor Set, re-connect Pod Sprinkler Lines to Pod Hydrants and turn on all Hydrant Valves. Turn
the Isolating Valve on and being irrigating at the new location.
Operating pressure required at each Pod is 2.5 Bar.

Part A- 90mm Adaptor Set.
Set includes a Hansen Mainline Valve and Fittings to attach a 90mm Polyethylene Effluent Pope Line to the 45mm Sub Main
set.
Packaging: 1 x Box
Part B- Sub Main Set.
Set includes 50 metres of High Volume 45mm Lilac Tr Striped Irripod Effluent Pope and fittings including the Hansen Tow
System. This set will attach to the Adaptor set.
Packaging: 1 x Box and 1 x Coil of Pipe
Part C- Pod Hydrants.
Set Includes three High Volume 45mm Effluent Hydrants and Fittings. The Hydrants are attached to the 50 metres of 45 Lilac
Tri Striped Irripod Effluent Pipe at fifteen metres intervals. The Hydrants Distribute effluent to the Pod Sprinkler Lines.
Packaging: 1 x Box
Part D- Pod Sprinkler lines.
Set includes three 120 metre Pipe lines of High Volume 45mm Tri Striped Irripod Effluent Pipe, 18 Lilac High Visibility
Irripod Effluent Irrigation Pods with 20mm Impact Sprinklers, and all of the required Lilac colored Hansen Fittings to attach
to three Pod Sprinkler Lines to the Pod Hydrants. Set aslo includes a Hansen Tow System for each Pod Sprinkler Line.
Packaging: 3 x Boxes and 3 x coils of pipe
All of the High Volume 45mm Lilac Tri Striped Effluent Pope is quick coupled together with the Hansen Easy Fit 45mm Camlock
Fittings.
Step 2-
Remove the Hansen Tow System from the Male Camlock at the opposite end of the Pod Sprinkler Line (Part D)
Step 4- Attach the Pod Sprinkler line to an ATV and Proceed to drag the line across the sub main pipe in the opposite direction
of the previous location of the line.
Step 5-
Connect the Pod Sprinkler Line to the Pod Hydrant and turn the Pod Sprinkler Line to the position. Repeat steps 2 to 5
until all the Pod Sprinkler Lines have been relocated. Turn the Isolating Valve on and begin irrigating. When the desired
level of effluent has been applied to the paddock turn the Isolating Valve off; this is located on the 90mm Adaptor Set (Part
A)
System Specifications
Sub main-
Sub Main consists of 50 metres of High Volume 45mm Lilac Tri Striped Irripod Effluent pipe, this pipe is rated at PN5
(71psi). The Pod Hydrants are attached to the Sub Main Pipe at 15 metre spacing's.
Pod Sprinkler Lines-
Pod Sprinkler Lines consist of 120 metres of High Volume 45mm Lilac Tri Striped Irripod Effluent Pipe, this pipe is rated
at PN5 (71psi). THe pipe is marked at 1 metre Intervals. The Irripod Effluent Pods are attached to the Pod Lines at 20 metre
spacing's. Each Pod Line is spaced at 15 metres by 20 metres and has coverage of 1800 sqm (0.18h).
Sprinklers-
Reiegos Costa 160 Plastic 20mm Male, Full Circle, Impact Sprinklers.
Nozzles-
Irripod Effluent kit contains 4.0mm nozzles. They have a flow rate of 17.7 litres per minute, covering an area of 300m2
with an intenity of 3.54 mm per hour and 84.96mm per 24 hours with a 28.00 m diameter.
