Any space, angle or size can be negotiated to fabricate you a tank that will not rust, corrode, leak or break down in any way. We constantly replace stainless steel and Aluminum tanks that have un conveniently corroded out. Because of their positioning in the vicinity of other metals, even 306 marine grade stainless steel will corrode. With HMWPE you get a strong, long lasting and reliable tank.

Our use of the latest extrusion welding technology to fabricate Grease Traps from 12mm HMWPE means an Ultratuff Grease Trap is amongst the strongest and most durable on the market.Ultratuff Grease Traps are extremely long lasting easily maintained and will not require replacing. Zero chemical absorption means our traps will not break down due to the use of severe detergents as many concrete traps will. Whilst maintaining strength, HMWPE’s light weight in comparison to concrete is also an advantage.The strength of our traps means they can be placed in or above ground. Alternatives such as grease converters, and skimmer type traps, are high maintenance and costly.

Our Grease Traps are baffled and marine grade inspection ports ensure full access for ease of maintenance and cleaning. Our tanks are leak tested and guaranteed.Ultratuff can/will consult on your behalf with local Council to ensure we fabricate exactly to your Council requirements and Department of Building Code Clause G13—Foul Water.

Our tanks are certified to hold most hazardous and all non hazardous chemicals, materials, foods and fuels. HMWPE is FDA food and fuel grade approved and does not react with any thing stored in it. HMWPE is manufactured without a consistent chemical bond, therefore it can store chemical and hazardous materials that most other materials cannot. HMWPE is an ERMA approved material.

We custom fabricated barges, pontoons and custom boats to your requirements. We establish what you want and put together fully rendered CAD and Engineering drawings. By doing this we can find the vessels centre of gravity, its stress points, weight and load capacity. HMWPE is naturally boyant, making it an ideal material for such applications. When compared to conventional Aluminum barges, ours are at least half the price, lighter, far stronger, will not rust, corrode or break down in any way and have greater water displacement making for a faster journey, which can hold larger loads. HMWPE is an MSA approved material for the fabrication of barges, pontoons and boats. All our designs and fabrication come with their approval.

Built exactly to your requirements we fabricate storage and delivery tankers for trucks and trailers. Our tankers can be fully supported by brackets and can be mounted to lifting devices. Alternatively we can design non mounted tanks with can be lifted and moved. Fully baffled and designed using CAD and Engineering software our tankers are a lighter, stronger and non corrosive alternative to stainless steel. HMWPE is half the weight and a third of the price of Stainless Steel. HMWPE is an FDA food and fuel grade material and is certified to carry most hazardous and all non hazardous materials.

HMWPE sheet is a high slip, non reacting, highly abrasive and corrosive resistant material with extremely high impact strength. It is perfect for lining truck trays, trailers and hoppers. The material will not break down in any way and cannot be punctured. The lining will prolong the life of your metals and is a superior alternative to timber and a price effective alternative to "Quicksilver" liners. HMWPE liners are at least a third of the price and will last for nearly as long while being lighter and thicker. HMWPE is perfect to hold any materials under 70 Degrees.
